Also his father Lawrence Nolan. died 31st Oct.1924, aged 73 years and his mother MARYANNE Nolan, died 28th Dec. 1925 aged 67 years. his sister Katie Nolan, died 22nd Jan 1936. Aged 54 years. Beneath this memorium lies the mortal remains of John Nolan of Kilballyhue county Carlow Esq. a man possessed of many virtues Religious without Bigitory, Charitable without ostentation, humble in the midst of affluence, in him religion lost one of its best supporters the widow, a kind protector and the orphan another father. He closed a life full of good works on 7th September 1855 in the 87th of his age at his seat in Killballyhue This tribute is paid to His memory by a friend who knew him well Mrs Mary Nolan relict of the above named John Nolan Esq Departed this life the 18th April 1840 Also His son John Nolan J.P.
