Opposite the village of Graiguenamanagh, KIK, on the river Barrow is the village of Tinnahinch wherein are found the ruins of an ancient church and cemetery dedicated to St. Michael. --- Also in the area is 16th century castle associated with the Butler family and about which many tales of lawless deeds and wild romances abound.
