In the 1895 census for Marcos Paz, Buenos Aires, Argentina, we find a family of Nolans.

The family consisted of Guillermo (William) Nolan, aged 60, and his wife Elinor Malone, aged 37, both shown as being born in England, and their children: Elinor Francisca (7), Patricio (6), Lorenzo (4), Gerardina (3) and Eduardo (1). The children are all listed as being born in Buenos Aires.

Comment:

Guillermo and Elinor may have been born in Ireland. Supporting evidence for this is the fact that on the census form, the area of their country of origin are indicated as what looks like Wexford for Guillermo/William and Longford for Elinor.
